Camp Oakland

Welcome to CAMP OAKLAND, where we believe that the arts should be accessible to ALL students. We provide a fun, high quality interactive experience at an affordable rate. Although we are nestled in the Laurel/Redwood Heights area our program is open to students throughout the Bay Area. We also understand that members of our community require greater financial assistance. In order to meet this need and keep the quality of our instruction high, we are able to offer a limited amount of discounted spots for current Roses in Concrete families who qualify for free and reduced lunch. We strongly encourage ALL families to sign up for the full two-week program in order to receive priority for camp and to receive a reduced rate.

CAMP Oakland has a sliding scale rate. You must have approved reduced or free school lunch status to qualify.

I have the authority to and do consent to the above student attending Creative Music Programs, Inc. Creative Arts and Music Programs 2017. I recognize that this is a day camp and I agree to comply with CAMP rules and regulations to ensure the student arrives on time, with appropriate clothing and necessary supplies, and is picked up promptly upon completion of the CAMP day. I release and hold harmless CAMP and Creative Music Program, Inc.’s administrators, agents, representatives, and employees from all claims, damages, and other liability for injury to the student or for loss of student property, where such claims, damages or other liability are not the result of gross negligence by CAMP's administrators, agents, representatives, and employees.

Step 2: Payment

When you register for CAMP online, you have to option to pay in full or pay the deposit only with your registration. Final balance is due by June 1, 2017. An invoice for the balance due will be sent after registration. If payments are not received as scheduled, the application is subject to cancellation. If you prefer, you may mail in your registration and payment to: Creative Music Programs, Inc.; Attn: Seth Ginsberg/Director; 143 Jackson Street, #1A; Brooklyn, NY 11211.
